Rawalpindi: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are scheduled to face charges on December 12.
The case proceedings took place at Adiala Jail, presided over by the judge of the special court established under the Secret Act, Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain.
Stringent security measures were implemented for the occasion, and media representatives were permitted inside the jail for coverage, as ordered by the Judicial Magistrate.
The court officially announced that the charges against Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be presented on December 12 in the cipher case.
Copies of the case have been provided to the former Chairman of PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. However, the legal representatives of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf requested that copies of the case not be disclosed.
