In Islamabad, the government of Saudi Arabia has introduced a program offering a total of 700 fully funded Saudi Arabia scholarships to Pakistani students who wish to pursue their education at the top 25 universities within the kingdom.

As per an official notification released by the Riyadh Embassy, these scholarships encompass a wide range of academic levels, including diploma, bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. programs, all of which are available at the 25 prominent universities in Saudi Arabia.
It’s noteworthy that the scholarship quota has been increased from 600 to 700, signifying an even greater opportunity for Pakistani students. These scholarships are accessible to both students residing in Pakistan and those who are legal residents within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Interested candidates can apply for these scholarships via the unified online platform of the respective universities.
Of significance is the distribution of these scholarships, with 75% being allocated to students from Pakistan and the remaining 25% designated for Pakistani students residing in Saudi Arabia.
The Higher Education Commission has issued instructions to all school principals and educational leaders to disseminate information regarding these scholarships among senior students (XI-XII / O-A Level) within their respective educational institutions.
