Punjab Police left everyone behind in service introduced citizen feedback system to improve service delivery.
For the first time, the Punjab Police has introduced a citizen feedback system to improve its service delivery to the citizens. This system has been provided to facilitate delivery.
Police feedback management system was inaugurated in a function held at CPO recently. Heads of government and non-government organizations participated in the event. DIG Investigation Ahsan Younis briefed IG Punjab Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar about the aims and objectives of the Police Feedback Management System.
Citizen feedback system was inaugurated by IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar. Along with its services, Punjab Police has also issued a QR code for feedback to the citizens, citizens can scan this QR code with their smart phones and give their feedback.
These codes are available at Police Service Center, Front Desk, Protection Center, Traffic and other police offices, Punjab Police website, Punjab Police Public App and other departmental documents.
IG Punjab on Citizen Feedback System
Giving details in this regard, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that: Citizens can provide direct feedback on the quality of police services in citizen feedback system. The police department will strive to improve police performance in the light of citizen feedback.
Giving other details, he said that the series of Robo calls has also been started to improve the quality of police services. Officials also say that for the convenience of citizens, IG Punjab added that the delivery of police services is being made more accessible and convenient for citizens by shifting to modern technology while improving the quality of these services.
Upgrading is also being done with effective use of modern technology. Other officers of the police department were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
