The government of Japan is starting jobs in Japan and asking people from other countries to come and work in Japan.

The Japanese government is thinking about asking people from other countries to come and work, offering jobs in Japan because there aren’t enough workers.

This shortage of workers is happening because more and more tourists are coming to Japan, especially now that the COVID-19 restrictions are gone. Many tourists are staying in hotels, but there aren’t enough people to work in these hotels and take care of the guests.

Some hotels in Japan have already started offering jobs in Japan to foreign workers to help with this problem. One well-known inn called Kagaya has more than 30 foreign workers. They teach these workers not only how to speak Japanese but also how to provide excellent hospitality to the guests.

The hospitality industry in Japan has been struggling to find enough workers for a long time, and the COVID-19 pandemic made it even worse. Normally, traditional Japanese inns don’t hire non-Japanese staff, but now they are having to because they don’t have enough workers as a result they offered jobs in Japan to foreigners.

A survey by a staffing agency called Dive found that almost 90 percent of hotels and traditional inns all over Japan are having trouble finding enough workers.
