Lahore: A well-known TikToker named Nosheen Saeed, who goes by the name Dolly, has been found to have not paid 16 million rupees in taxes, according to a report by The News.
The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has taken action by freezing Dolly’s bank accounts and collecting 4.4 million rupees in unpaid taxes. They are also thinking about seizing her properties to get the remaining tax money.

A spokesperson from the PRA mentioned that Nosheen Saeed runs a beauty salon in Gulberg but was avoiding paying taxes to the provincial government. Even though she was sent notices, she did not pay the taxes owed to the PRA. After several notices and no response from the TikTok star, PRA Commissioner Misbah Nawaz ordered the collection of the unpaid taxes from her.
Last year, TikToker Dolly gained attention when a controversial video of hers went viral on social media. In the video, two young people were seen setting a forest on fire at Margalla Hills to make their TikTok video more dramatic.
The Islamabad Police filed a case against Dolly for starting fires in the Margalla forest, following a complaint from the Capital Development Authority (CDA) under wildlife and environment protection laws. This happened after a video of Dolly posing in front of a burning forest became popular.
Dolly, however, denied any involvement in starting the fire. She made a video on her official Instagram account to clarify the situation and expressed her disappointment with social media for making the video viral without verifying the facts. She challenged viewers to check her travel history, explaining that she had not visited National Park Kohsar for years.
Dolly then explained that the video actually showed her on the motorway returning from Haripur after a makeup class when she noticed the burning scene and decided to make a TikTok video. She also posted another video from the same day, where she was standing near some burning bushes with a man next to her.
