Uttarkashi Tunnel Collapse Details:

Approximately 40 workers are currently trapped inside the tunnel, prompting a collaborative effort by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), State Disaster Relief Force (SDRF), and local police to secure their rescue. The incident occurred around 4:40 am, and rescue brigades have been working diligently to establish communication with the trapped workers.

Thankfully, all 40 individuals are reported to be safe, receiving a supply of oxygen through a channel. Efforts have also been made to provide them with water and food. The rescue brigades have already cleared 20 meters of the collapsed structure, creating an opening in the tunnel. However, approximately 35 meters still need to be cleared to complete the escape passage for the workers.
