The crude oil price went up on the worldwide market because of tension in the Middle East.

Today, because things are tense in the Middle East, the crude oil price went up in the world market.

As per news from around the world, the cost of Brent crude oil went up by 25 cents to $87.90 for each barrel, and US crude oil deals increased by 15 cents to $86.12 for each barrel.

Experts think that due to the Middle East situation, crude oil prices might continue to rise. Just last Saturday, a big attack happened when a Palestinian group called Hamas used rockets and ground troops against Jewish settlements in Israel.

Foreign media reports that oil prices dropped about 11 percent last week. After that, London Brent crude oil increased to $84.70, and West Texas Intermediate crude oil fell to $82.31.
