Afghanistan earthquake with a magnitude of 6.2 shook the western part of the country. The epicenter of this earthquake, which is where it began deep below the Earth’s surface, was located in Herat province, according to the American Geological Survey.

Additionally, the earthquake’s effects were not limited to Afghanistan alone. Reports indicate that tremors from the earthquake were also felt in neighboring countries like Iran and Turkmenistan.
