Arslan Ash, a Tekken 7 expert from Pakistan, achieved another esports victory at the “Uprising Korea 2023” tekken 7 tournament.
He won against Galgonge from South Korea with a score of 3-0 in the final. Earlier in the tournament, he beat his fellow Pakistani player, Atif Khan, with a score of 2-1 in the Winners’ semi-final.
Arslan had a close match with Galgonge earlier in the tournament, losing 3-2. He then had to play the Losers Final against Varrel Pinya, which he won 3-1, earning a spot in the grand final against Galgonge once more. Arslan secured a 3-1 victory in a one-sided grand final.
Even though Galgonge had won the winners’ final against Arslan in the previous round, they had another face-off in the grand final reset. Arslan dominated this round, winning 3-0 and becoming the champion.
Notably, Arslan had previously won the “EVO champion” title in Las Vegas in August. He is the only player to win this prestigious event four times in Tekken 7 tournament, with victories in Japan and Las Vegas in 2019 and a repeat this year.
Arslan is widely regarded as one of the greatest Tekken players ever and was named the “best E-Player of 2019” by ESPN. He is also a “CEO 2021 champion” and the winner of the 2022 combo breaker Tekken 7 tournament, where he defeated all 10 of his opponents to claim the title.
