On Monday, a special court issued release orders Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Khan after the Supreme Court of Pakistan confirmed his bail in a case known as the Cypher case under the Official Secrets Act.
The process of releasing Imran Khan in the Cypher case is currently in progress. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the special court issued the release orders after receiving bail confirmation from the Supreme Court and the submission of Imran Khan’s surety bonds.
It’s important to note that despite being granted bail, the founder of PTI will remain in Adiala Jail due to his arrest in a case related to Toshakhana involving 190 million pounds.
