In Lahore, Maryam Aurangzeb’s arrest warrant has been issued which is Non-bailable, a leader of the (ن) League, by the Anti-Terrorism Court.
The court was addressing a case involving allegations of delivering an inflammatory speech against Maryam Aurangzeb and others.
Javed Latif, another leader of the League implicated in the case, attended the court session today and fulfilled his appearance requirements.
During the previous court hearing, Maryam Aurangzeb, the former minister, did not attend and had applied for clemency. However, she did not participate in the subsequent hearing, leading to the issuance of a non-bailable arrest warrant by the court.
Javed Latif’s non-bailable arrest warrant was revoked upon his appearance, and the court adjourned the proceedings until December 9th.
